Splitz records who paid for what among a group and works out who owes whom. It is a record-keeping tool.
It does not move money, hold funds, or process payments. It is not a bank, a money transmitter, or a payment service. When you pay someone, that happens in Venmo, Cash App, or wherever else you choose, between you and them.
Splitz calculates carefully and shows its working, but the figures are a record of what people told it. Debts between you and your friends are between you and your friends. We are not a party to them and cannot enforce or settle them.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use Splitz to harass anyone or for anything unlawful.
Splitz is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable at times. Keep your own record of anything that matters to you.
